She's Underdeveloped. Underutilized. Overlooked.

Here's what no one tells women leaders: you've been left on the sidelines. Handed responsibility to steward, but not the tools to run well. Celebrated for what you produce while being overlooked for who you're becoming. It's not normal. And you're not crazy for wanting more.

Finally. A Place That Disciples the Woman Behind the Leader.

The Academy is an ongoing membership built for women who are done with surface-level and ready to go deep. Formation courses, live community, spiritual tools—all in one place, growing alongside you. Before the Kingdom moves through her, the Kingdom must be built in her.

The Six Questions Every Leader Must Answer

Leadership begins within. The Academy is structured around six questions that form the inner life of a Kingdom leader.

  • Who Am I?

IDENTITY | Leadership fractures when identity is unclear. This room restores awareness, alignment, and belovedness. "You don't lead well when you don't know who you are."

  • Who is God?

INTIMACY | Leadership flows from relationship. This room is about encounter, healing, and learning to trust His voice. "Confidence is not manufactured. It is formed in the presence of Jesus."

  • What has God called me to do?

ASSIGNMENT | Calling requires clarity, grit, and endurance. This room helps you discern, carry, and steward what God has written over your life. "This is not about rushing the dream. It's about learning how to carry it."

  • How do I live out my assignment?

COMMISSION | This room strengthens courage and obedience in real-life leadership—where knowing becomes doing. "This is where courage becomes obedience."

  • How do I live in the Body?

CHURCH | Leadership is never isolated. This room anchors you in community, spiritual family, and healthy leadership within the Church. "You cannot be formed alone."

  • What does Heaven on Earth look like?

CULTURE | This room builds heaven's standards within you—so they follow you into every room you lead. "Build heaven's culture within, and it will follow you everywhere."What dt does

Director of Publications Heather Margiotta

After being called into ministry as a teenager, my love for learning and teaching deepened into a holy fascination with Scripture and formation. For many years, my calling was cultivated in hidden places: overlooked, misunderstood, and quietly refined, I learned to sit at the feet of Jesus. Out of that hidden work was born a deep conviction: that no leader should ever be overlooked, dismissed, or left without formation. That the Body of Christ flourishes when leaders are seen, trained, and spiritually grounded. That conviction fuels my voice here. + B.S.
