This is your free go-to wisdom field guide.

Safe leadership is not built on personality, influence, or strategy alone—it is built on wisdom from above. Wisdom has the supernatural ability to shape our character, our decisions—really our entire lives—including the way we steward people. If you’ve been in leadership for any length of time, you’ve probably missed the mark a time or two. This resource isn’t about becoming a perfect leader. It’s an encouragement to keep going—to reflect, repent, correct what needs correcting, and lead better moving forward. This is your go-to field guide for wisdom.
