Yes. All courses within The Academy are self-paced, allowing leaders to move through the content in a way that fits their current season. While each course has a suggested rhythm, you may engage at your own pace. We strongly recommend spending around 2 hours a week on course work, discussion boards, and participating in the monthly virtual calls* to ensure the fullness of what The Academy offers. *A bonus for this first year virtually, we are offering a quarterly weekly group featuring a foundational course to The Academy. Starting with Blueprints of Revival in March '26.

The Arena is a bi-monthly live, interactive teaching experience for Tier Two members and above. Guest leaders are invited to teach on specific formation and leadership topics, with space for Q&A, prayer, and practical application.

The Living Room is a bi-monthly online gathering available to leaders in Tier Two and above. It is a relational, reflective space for leaders to check in, process what they are learning, name tensions, and discern what God is speaking. It is not solely a teaching session, but a space for integration and shared wisdom.

Nope! The Academy serves women leading in many contexts—churches, businesses, nonprofits, homes, and communities. Leadership is not defined by title, but by calling, responsibility and influence.

No. The Academy is not therapy or clinical counseling. While topics such as inner healing, identity, and trauma may be addressed through a spiritual formation lens, this space is designed for discipleship, leadership development, and Spirit-led growth.
